Dr. Sunil Gulabsing Jadhav was born on 9 September 1978 in Durga Nagar Tanda, located in Mudkhed Taluka of Nanded District, Maharashtra, at his maternal grandparents' home. However, while taking admission to school, his birth date was mistakenly entered as 1 September 1978, which later became the official record.

He belongs to a traditional Banjara family deeply rooted in cultural values and education.

His father, Gulabsing Jadhav, began his professional career as a clerk in the Cooperative Department and gradually rose through dedication and hard work to become a Co-operative Court Officer (C.O.) under the District Cooperative Registrar's Office.

His mother, Shakuntalabai Jadhav, played a significant role in nurturing the family.

Dr. Sunil Jadhav successfully cleared the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) in December 2005.

He later pursued doctoral research at Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, and was awarded the Ph.D. degree in April 2007.

"An Analytical Study of Satire in the Poetry of Nagarjun" (Nagarjun ke Kavya mein Vyangya ka Anusheelan).
